  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or holidays
  • During high-demand periods (exclusive drops, limited collections), processing times may be extended

SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Puerto Rico
  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
United States
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
International
  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processes

SHIPPING COSTS
  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout
  • Free shipping may be available during special promotions or when reaching a minimum purchase amount (if applicable)

SHIPPING ADDRESS
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • Sallano is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

 LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
  • Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Sallano is not responsible for external delays
  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, you must contact the carrier directly
